During the private Beta, we do not require a participant’s phone number unless a specific process clearly states otherwise.

Administrative communications necessary to operate the Beta or your account—such as access information, security notices, policy changes, or responses to your requests—are separate from promotional communications.

Tantie B LLC does not sell participant email addresses.

In The Moment™ is designed for adults, including parents, caregivers, families, educators, and other professionals. The private Beta is limited to adults age 18 or older.

Please do not submit a child’s:

• Full name

• Date of birth

• Home address

• School

• Social Security number

• Diagnosis

• Medical or health record

• Photograph

• Video

• Voice recording

• Other sensitive personal or clinical information

through ordinary Beta forms, feedback, or support channels unless Tantie B LLC has expressly provided a separate authorized process for doing so.

In The Moment™ is designed to help users understand a moment, not to build or maintain a personal clinical profile of a child.

5. Service Providers

We may use reputable service providers to help operate the website, authenticate users, host technology, manage communications, process forms, maintain security, or provide other necessary technical services.

These providers may receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for us and are subject to their own legal and privacy obligations.

Leaving the In The Moment™ Beta and requesting deletion of Beta data are separate choices.

To leave the Beta, request deletion of your Beta data, or request both, contact:

Please use the same email address you use for Beta access so that we can verify and process your request appropriately.

We will confirm receipt of the request.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no website, electronic communication, or information-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell participant email addresses.

• To service providers supporting In The Moment™

• To protect the security, rights, or property of Tantie B LLC or others
